Medical Check-up

Complete guide to managing medical check-up types in Moyee - viewing, adding, editing, and configuring various health examination types such as Annual Medical Check-Up, Pre-employee, Exit Medical, and others.

Overview

The Medical Check-up menu displays all health examination types used to manage employee medical check-up data. This feature allows you to configure various types of MCU (Medical Check-Up) according to company needs.

The Medical Check-up page is located within the Setup » Document Type » Medical Check-up menu.

Medical Check-up List Display

The medical check-up list page displays a category sidebar on the left and a list of MCU types on the right.

The left sidebar displays available document categories:

Medical Check-up Type List

The medical check-up list page displays all available health examination types in a list format.

Medical Check-Up Type Form

To add or edit a medical check-up type, use the Medical Check-Up Type form.

Form Components:

How to Fill the Form:

  1. Name
    • Enter the medical check-up type name
    • Example: Annual Medical Check-Up, Pre-employee, Exit Medical
    • The name must be unique and cannot be the same as an existing one
  2. Status
    • Check if the MCU type is active and can be used
    • Leave unchecked if inactive
    • Active MCU types will appear in the selection when filling out employee medical check-up data
  3. Click Save to save the data
  4. Click Cancel to cancel

Adding a New Medical Check-up Type

To add a new medical check-up type:

  1. Click the Add Medical Check-up Type button or the plus (+) icon
  2. The Medical Check-Up Type Form page will open
  3. Fill in Name with the MCU type name (example: Annual Medical Check-Up)
  4. Set Status (check if you want it immediately active)
  5. Click Save to save
  6. Click Cancel to cancel

Editing a Medical Check-up Type

To edit existing medical check-up type data:

  1. Find the MCU type you want to edit from the list
  2. Click the Edit icon on that row
  3. The edit form will open with pre-filled data
  4. Modify the necessary information (Name, Status)
  5. Click Save to save the changes
  6. Click Cancel to cancel

Deleting a Medical Check-up Type

To delete a medical check-up type:

  1. Find the MCU type you want to delete from the list
  2. Click the Delete icon on that row
  3. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears
  4. The medical check-up type data will be permanently deleted
Warning: Deleting a medical check-up type will affect all employee medical check-up data using this type. Ensure no data is still using this type before deleting.

Usage Tips

  1. Use descriptive names - Give clear names so the purpose of the MCU is easy to understand.
  2. Group by category - Understand the natural grouping of existing MCU types.
  3. Activate all necessary types - Activate all MCU types that might be used by the company.
  4. Customize according to company policy - Add specific MCU types according to company policy.
  5. Complete documentation - Create internal documentation about when each MCU type is used.
  6. Review periodically - Periodically evaluate whether all MCU types are still relevant.
  7. Avoid duplication - Ensure there are no MCU types with the same function.

Troubleshooting

Cannot add a new MCU type

  • Ensure the Name field is filled
  • Check if the name is already in use
  • Try with a different name

MCU type not appearing in selection

  • Check the status (must be active)
  • Refresh the browser page
  • Ensure the data was saved correctly

Failed to save form

  • Ensure the name is not duplicated
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try with a simpler name

Data cannot be deleted

  • Ensure no employee medical check-up data is using this type
  • Deactivate it first before deleting
  • Contact an administrator if still having issues

MCU types are incomplete

  • Identify MCU needs in the company
  • Add the necessary types
  • Consult with HR or HSE team
