Feedback Management

Complete guide to managing employee feedback and reports in the Feedback Management menu, including viewing the feedback list, filtering by category, processing statuses, and creating new feedback.

Overview

The Feedback Management menu displays all feedback and reports submitted by employees. This feature allows you to manage input, bug reports, suggestions for improvement, and various other types of feedback from employees.

The Feedback Management page is located within the menu: Dashboard Β» Feedback.

Feedback List View

This page displays a table listing all feedback received from employees with complete information.

Search Feature

A search column is available at the top of the table to easily find feedback based on:

  • Feedback subject
  • Employee name
  • Category
  • Status

Filter by Category

A Filter by Category dropdown is available to filter feedback based on category:

Category Options:

  • All Categories
  • Bug Report
  • Feature Request
  • Improvement Suggestion
  • Complaint
  • Others

Table Structure

The table displays the following columns:

Feedback Status

There are several feedback statuses:

Actions

The Actions column contains a series of icons used to process feedback:

Possible function of each icon:

  • 7 green icons (🟒) - Various actions to process feedback
  • 1 yellow icon (🟑) - Return status to Pending
Note: The specific function of each icon may vary depending on the system configuration. Hover over an icon to see its function in a tooltip.

Feedback Categories

Here are commonly used feedback categories:

Create New Feedback

To create new feedback, click the + New Feedback button at the top of the page.

Project Code Information:

  • Example: 6900B181220100
  • Auto-filled from the active project.
  • Can be changed if necessary.

Attachment

Upload Area: No file selected

The file must be in PDF or image format and must not exceed 10MB in size.

Upload Requirements:

  • Allowed formats: PDF or image formats (JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF)
  • Maximum file size: 10 MB
  • Click "Choose File" to select a file from your computer.

Form Action Buttons

Note: Successfully created feedback will appear in the table with Pending status, awaiting processing by the relevant team.

How to Create New Feedback

  1. Click the + New Feedback button at the top of the page.
  2. In the form that appears, fill in:
    • Subject - Brief feedback title
    • Category - Select the appropriate category
    • Project Code - (Optional) Related project code
    • Employee - (Optional) Employee name (usually auto-filled)
    • Message - Complete feedback details
  3. If necessary, attach supporting files:
    • Click "Choose File"
    • Select a PDF or image file (max 10MB)
  4. Click Create to submit the feedback.
  5. Click Cancel to cancel.

Processing Feedback

Viewing Feedback Details

  1. Click the View details icon (one of the green icons) on the feedback row.
  2. A detail popup/drawer will appear displaying:
    • Complete feedback information
    • Comment history
    • File attachments
    • Status change log

Changing Feedback Status

To change the feedback status:

  1. Click the appropriate status icon (green for various actions).
  2. Confirm the status change.
  3. The status will change according to the selected action.

Common status flow: Pending (🟑) β†’ In Progress (πŸ”΅) β†’ Resolved (🟒) β†’ Closed (⚫)
